1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

Damaged Product Received
Wrong Product Delivered
Defective / Broken Product Received

⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns due to personal dislike, change of mind, or wrong order placed by the customer (unless specifically mentioned in product listing).


2. Return/Replacement Request Timeline

You must raise a return/replacement request within:

🕒 48 hours of delivery

If you contact us after 48 hours, we may not be able to approve the request.


3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging (box, tags, and accessories if any)

  • Must include proof like unboxing video/photos (recommended)

Important: An unboxing video from start to end is highly recommended for quick approval in case of damage or missing items.


4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We generally do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging/accessories

  • Products showing signs of usage

  • Minor color variation (due to screen or lighting)

  • Clearance / sale products (if mentioned as non-returnable)


5. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a return/replacement request, contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video proof

Step 2: Approval

Once we verify the issue, we will approve either:
✅ Replacement
OR
✅ Refund (if replacement is not possible)


Step 3: Pickup/Return

Depending on the product and location:

  • We may arrange a pickup, OR

  • We may ask you to courier the product to our address

6. Replacement Policy

  • If replacement is approved, we will ship a new product after receiving the returned item OR after confirmation.

  • Replacement delivery time depends on your location and courier service.


7. Refund Policy

If refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account (depending on bank/payment gateway)

✅ If you paid via UPI, refund is usually faster.


8. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping/dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order in case of:

  • Product out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Payment issues

  • Wrong address / unreachable location

If cancelled, the full amount will be refunded.


9. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of design/colour

  • Size preferences

  • Personal preference change
